Terms & Conditions

A security fee of KES 2,000 is required and covers damages, if any. In the event that the dress is damaged beyond repair, the client shall be required to purchase the dress at its full retail price.

The insurance policy only covers minor stains, minor damages, garment bags, and hangers. In the event of theft, loss of the item, or damages beyond normal wear and tear, the client shall be responsible for paying the full retail price of the garment.

Rented dresses, jewelry, garment bags, hangers, and any other rented accessories must be returned within three (3) days from the pickup date. Any additional day beyond the agreed return period shall attract a late return fee of KES 500 per day.

Clients shall not alter the rented item in any way, including but not limited to washing, dry cleaning, ironing, pressing, tailoring, or spraying the garment. Failure to comply may result in the loss of the security fee.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all rented items, including accessories, garment bags, and hangers, are returned in the same condition in which they were received, subject to normal wear and tear.

Any missing accessories, garment bags, hangers, or rented items shall be charged at their replacement value.

The company reserves the right to assess any damage and determine the applicable repair, replacement, or compensation costs.

By completing payment and collecting the rented item(s), the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
